Care & Troubleshooting

Installation

Floor loads, plant room and how commissioning works.

What floor loads should I plan for?

A cold plunge in service weighs between 250 and 600 kg/m² over its footprint depending on the model; a ground-floor concrete slab is fine without reinforcement. On an intermediate floor or in an older building: have a structural engineering firm validate before installation.

Plant room / remote cooling unit?

The cooling unit rejects ~1.4–1.5 × its cooling capacity as heat: plan ventilation or air conditioning for the room and keep it ≤ 30 °C. Hydraulic run plunge ↔ plant room must be under 10 m.

How does commissioning work?

Connection, filling, configuration and testing. Routine maintenance (filter, water balancing) can be delegated to a local pool technician; we remain available for technical support.
